The government of Alberta has launched an online survey to gather public feedback on a proposal to increase the speed limit on many provincial highways to 120 km/h.

Alberta Transportation has put the brakes on changes that were set to begin March 1, that would have seen more lanes of traffic slow to 60 km/h when passing emergency vehicles.
