Construction of Calgary's new 9 Avenue southeast bridge wrapped up Tuesday. It began back in 2019 and the new bridge has approximately 26,000 bolts and 500 tonnes of steel.

Calgary police say a woman was taken to hospital in serious condition after she was hit by a truck in the area of 9 Avenue and 1 Street S.E.
