VIDEO: Doug Ford explodes in angry tirade at City Council
TORONTO – Councillor Doug Ford launched into an angry tirade as a council debate got underway on whether his brother, Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, should take a leave of absence.

Doug Ford accused the council of being “holier than thou” and asked if any of them had ever used marijuana.

“Have you ever smoked marijuana?” repeatedly asked Doug Ford to fellow councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong. “I guess the answer is yes,” he said.
Despite having his microphone turned off and facing repeated calls to be silent from the speaker, Ford continued to say that “everyone should be careful to throw rocks.” He then once again asks “have you ever done illicit drugs, Minnan-Wong?” across the council floor before a five-minute recess was called.

Rob Ford has been making headlines around the world since police announced they’ve recovered a video that appeared to show him smoking crack.
Ford has refused to resign, or step aside temporarily.
On Wednesday, 30 councillors signed onto a petition urging to have Ford to step aside.
