KELOWNA — Police are asking the public to help find a 35-year-old man who is wanted on more than 30 charges and for alleged offences in Kamloops, Kelowna, Surrey and Ontario.
Sgt. Lindsey Houghton of the Combined Special Enforcement Unit says Corey Ross Foster is associated to the Independent Soldiers gang and is wanted in this province for assault, weapons and property offences, and breach of bail conditions.
Houghton says Howard is also wanted in Kenora, Ontario on charges of break and enter and theft over 5-thousand dollars.
Foster stands 5-8, is 200 pounds, has short, dark-brown hair, blue eyes and has the word China tattooed on his chest.
