TORONTO — Rapper Drake has sold his condo in Toronto’s tony Yorkville neighbourhood for $3.75 million — slightly less than he was seeking.
The condo at 1 St. Thomas St. was listed in June for $4.2 million and then reduced to $3.9 million.

Annual property taxes are just over $28,000 and there are monthly condo fees of more than $3,300.
The 3,600-square-foot unit, which boasts three bedrooms, heated balconies and spectacular views, sold Oct. 21.
The identity of the buyer is not yet known.
Last year, Drake sold his Miami condo for $2.5 million. He has a mansion in California’s San Fernando Valley.
