TORONTO – The city of Boston partied like it was 1918 after the Red Sox downed the St. Louis Cardinals to win the World Series for the first time at Fenway Park in 95 years.

Boston clobbered the Cardinals 6-1 Wednesday night in Game 6 to clinch their third World Series title in 10 seasons.

Here’s a look at the emotion of the game off and on the field.
