Live coverage of the 2013 Island of Montreal election

Global News has live coverage of the 2013 Montreal municipal elections – online and on-air.

On Sunday, November 3, tune in at 6 p.m. for a half-hour election round up and again at 11 p.m., when Global News Senior Anchor Jamie Orchard will be hosting a one-hour election special, which will be broadcast on-air and live-streamed on the Global News website.

We’ll have reporters at key municipalities and political analysts online and in-studio, bringing you the latest updates, photos, results and analysis, as voters on the Island of Montreal head to the polls to choose their next mayor, city and borough councillors.

Anchored by Jamie Orchard, our coverage will include Tim Sargeant in Pointe-Claire, Elysia Bryan-Baynes in Beaconsfield and Billy Shields in the Island’s biggest borough, Cote-des-Neiges-NDG.

The former city councillor for Ville-Marie’s Peter-McGill district, Karim Boulos, will join the Global Montreal news team in studio to provide his analysis of what the evening’s results mean for the Island of Montreal.
