TOWNSHIP OF LEEDS AND THOUSAND ISLANDS, Ont. – A Montreal man is under arrest after police seized more than 65 pounds of cocaine from a car east of Kingston, Ont.

Provincial police say the drugs were found Saturday morning inside a sedan pulled over in a traffic stop on Highway 401 near the Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands.
There’s no word yet on charges against the 27-year-old man, who is due in court Sunday.
Police are investigating with help from the force’s organized crime enforcement bureau.
