People still wary of random acts of kindness

SASKATOON – How do people react when someone holds a door open for them or offers to carry their bags?

Surprisingly, some are sceptical of what many would simply consider an act of kindness.

It is all part of a promotion to raise awareness about the first random act of kindness day taking place in Saskatoon on Nov. 1.

The Saskatoon Community Foundation is spearheading the day and hopes it becomes an annual event.
