Cyclist hit by truck near Spadina and Dundas

TORONTO – A female cyclist is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a truck in downtown Toronto Wednesday morning.

The incident happened about 7:25 a.m. near the intersection of Spadina and Dundas Street.

The cyclist was pinned under the vehicle for a period of time but emergency crews managed to pull her out using a jack and air bags.
