Man killed in ‘targeted’ shooting in Port Coquitlam, police say

One man is dead after a shooting in Port Coquitlam early Thursday, RCMP say.

Coquitlam RCMP said officers found the body after the shooting was reported around 1 a.m. in the 2700 block of Davies Avenue.

Police tape off one home and stationed officers around the property.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is handling the case, and said the shooting appears to have been targeted.

 

Coquitlam RCMP said anyone with CCTV footage or dashcam footage can contact them.
