TORONTO – Police have arrested and charged two men in connection to a widespread guns and gangs investigation.
Investigators say the suspect was one of several people wanted for drug-related offences stemming from Project Brazen and Quell.

Toronto police announced 41 arrests and laid over 400 criminal charges last week as a result of two projects targeting gangs and gun violence in Scarborough.
Carl Sangs was arrested and charged with 82 counts of trafficking cocaine, two counts of trafficking marijuana and one count of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.

Tyrrell Turner, 21, of Toronto, was also arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine, trafficking marijuana and two counts of participation in a criminal organization.
Sangs appeared in court on Monday and Turner on Tuesday.
