KELOWNA — She was a stray, found abandoned on the side the road — suffering from a serious leg injury — facing an almost certain death. But thanks to the emotional and financial reaction from animal lovers in the Okanagan Valley, Kassidy the dog is on the road to recovery. As Kelly Hayes reports, Kassidy’s puppies are also getting a second chance at life.
