The Belkin LEGO Builder Case for iPhone 5, $39.99, is smartly built to protect your iPhone 5 all around the edges with a flexible case that also doubles as a LEGO base on which you can customize your phone. I showed quite the undertaking from my son Chris, a video game developer and John, a web developer on my GlobalTV Sunday Morning News Tech Talk segment.
They made use of more than a generation of LEGO pieces to bring the past of Motorola’s original “brick” phone to the iPhone. Note how the LEGO pieces coordinate with the Belkin case. There is even a built-in lever to push the iPhone’s lock button. Work continues to leave an opening for the front camera.
