A father and daughter saved by a couple of fisherman in Chilliwack are publicly thanking the duo for their heroic rescue.
As Global News reported earlier this week, the fishermen were on the bank of the Vedder River near Chilliwack when they heard cries coming from upstream.

A 14-year-old girl had fallen in the water, followed by her father who was trying to help her.
