TORONTO – At least one person has died and several others were injured after an explosion in a central Paris parking garage, according to media reports.

Paris officials said the blast occurred shortly after 4 p.m. local time on the first floor of three-storey parking garage, according to NBC.
The explosion was believed to be caused by workers fixing a fuel tank before it blew up.
