Highway 97 now open after serious vehicle collision near Coldstream, B.C.

A vehicle incident along Highway 97 near Coldstream has now been cleared with the highway completely reopened in both directions.

According to DriveBC, the incident was between Clerke Road and Birnie Road.

At the time of the incident, police said they were investigating a serious two-vehicle collision on Highway 97 near Birnie Road.

A detour was established between Mission Road and Commonage Road.
