Saskatchewan cuisine on display at Olympics

Anyone visiting Saskatchewan’s Olympic Pavilion in Vancouver will get a taste of Saskatchewan.

Items on the menu include BBQ bison burgers, Saskatchewan sausage on a bun with sauerkraut and Saskatoon berry tarts. Most of the private receptions and breakfasts hosted at the pavilion will also include Saskatchewan ingredients.

Organizers say part of experiencing Saskatchewan is tasting the food the province’s farmers and ranchers produce. Visitors to the pavilion will not only have food to enjoy but Saskatchewan entertainers as well.
