Riders head coach Ken Miller has been named a finalist for the 2009 CFL Coach of the Year award. Miller led the Riders to a 10-7-1 record, good enough for first in the West Division, and a berth in the Grey Cup against the Alouettes in Calgary. Miller is up against Als coach Marc Trestman and Ti-Cats coach Marcel Bellefeuille. The winner will be announced March 5 during the CFL congress meetings in Edmonton.
