Another tropical depression for Mexico

TORONTO – It seems as though the unpleasant side of tropical weather will continue for Mexico.

Just as Tropical Storm Lorena heads to Baja California – the area’s second tropical storm in just over a week – a tropical depression has formed on the country’s east coast off the Gulf of Mexico.

Tropical Depression Eight is moving west-southwestward at 9 km/h. It has sustained winds of 55 km/h, but is forecast to weaken as it heads inland.
