WEST KELOWNA — Robert Louie will serve another 3 years as the chief of the Westbank First Nation.
Louie defeated Roxanne Lindley with about 60% of the votes.

The rest of the council remains mostly the same, with the exception of Brian Eli who has served for the council in the 2007-2010 term.
Eli replaces Lorrie Hogaboam who chose not to run this year after serving one term on council.
Officials say voter turnout was about 60 per cent of the eligible 559 band members.
The new council will be sworn into office today.
