HALIFAX – Halifax police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a verbal dispute that led to shots being fired at a truck in the Timberlea area on the weekend.
RCMP say they received a complaint late Sunday about shots being fired in the area of Brentwood Avenue and St. Margarets Bay Road.
Bullet casings were later found in the area, but no witnesses or victims came forward.
On Monday, the owner of a truck reported their vehicle had been struck by bullets after an argument between an occupant of the truck and another person.
Police say no one was hurt and they are interviewing people in the area.
