He has described it as an “ornamental garden” and said he borrowed a lot of money to build his creation.
He has become an international media sensation, for both his creation and the problems he has apparently caused.
But, the beauty of his project doesn’t sit well with his neighbours or city officials, who have ordered it to be torn down.
