2 face drug charges after police search 2 Cape Breton homes

SYDNEY, N.S. – Cape Breton Regional Police say a man and a woman face drug charges after searches at two homes.

Police say they seized quantities of cocaine and marijuana along with some cash Thursday from a home on Rotary drive in Sydney.

A 32-year-old man was arrested and faces charges of possession for the purpose to traffic cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Police say they later seized a quantity of cocaine from a second home on MacInnes Street in Sydney Mines.
