Paul McCartney rocks Regina’s Mosaic stadium

Rock legend Paul McCartney says he was excited to play in Regina for the first time in his long and storied career, calling it a chance to meet a new bunch of people.

The former Beatle wrapped up the North America leg of his Out There tour in Saskatchewan’s capital last night before resuming shows in Japan in November.

McCartney told radio station CJME he managed to get out for a bike ride around Regina’s Wascana Lake before the show.

McCartney says he was pleased to spot a few people wearing his tour T-shirts, and just as nice that a few of them spotted him.
