A section of the Trans-Canada Highway in B.C.’s Southern Interior has been reopened following an earlier vehicle incident in Glacier National Park.
The incident near the Rockgarden trailhead resulted in an hours-long, 127-kilometre closure between Revelstoke and Golden.
DriveBC reported that at 3:50 p.m., the accident had been cleared, with the highway being reopened to traffic.
However, motorists are being warned to expect major delays because of congestion.
