The 31-year-old Gimli-area man who was driving the pickup truck was taken to hospital in unstable condition, RCMP said.

Inkster was closed between Sturgeon Road and Klimpke Road east of the Perimeter Highway until about 9 a.m.

An RCMP traffic analyst is helping with the investigation.

Police didn’t say whether thick morning fog was a factor in the crash.
