TORONTO – Tropical Depression Four quickly developed into a tropical storm on Wednesday.
Tropical Storm Dorian is the fourth named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season.

Dorian has maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h with higher gusts. The National Hurricane Center believes that there may be some strengthening later in the day, followed by some weakening as the storm moves toward cooler water.
The storm is moving west-northwestward at 33 km/h.
