The power units are used to provide power to a stationary aircraft.
Crews used a small towing device called a ‘tug’ to move the burning power unit away from the airplane it was powering.
Firefighters then extinguished the blaze using a mixture of form and water.
Officials say no one was injured, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
