A man and a woman are in hospital with serious injuries after a car collided with a tree in Halifax’s west end on Sunday night.

Halifax Regional Police say the car was travelling eastbound on Leiblin Drive when it left the road.
There were three occupants in the vehicle. Another woman was checked at the scene and released.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
