Severe weather hit southern Saskatchewan on Monday

REGINA – Funnel clouds were spotted in several communities in central and southern Saskatchewan, with a few reports of damage trickling in.

Justin Baker says a funnel cloud touched down near Kronau and tore up some metal bins on one farm.

There were also reports yesterday of severe weather near Rouleau, Gray and Estin.

Throughout the evening, Environment Canada issued several tornado warnings for communities ranging from Nipawin to Carrot River and Bjorkdale.
