Halloween is quickly approaching, and one Kelowna man claims he can help rid your home of unwanted ghosts and spirits.
Mike Rowland says he is Kelowna’s very own ghostbuster.
Like his counterparts in Ghost Whisperer, Paranormal State and Paranormal Activity, Rowland claims to use an online questionnaire and personalized shaman techniques to rid homes of supernatural spirits.
He says ghosts are a year-round problem but acknowledges his business spikes around Halloween.
Rowland admits the spike may be in part to how people are just more aware and more sensitive to spirits this time of the year.
According to the local ghostbuster, most ghosts are not evil – they are just restless earthbound spirits who are in need of help, are bored or want to cross-over.
Rowland says he has done about 200 “spirit clearings” for people all over North America.
