BC Premier Gordon Campbell made 16 changes in a cabinet shuffle Monday morning. The Premier’s long-time chief of staff, Martyn Brown is out, replaced by Paul Taylor, former head of ICBC. Rich Coleman is back as Solictor-General. George Abbott has replaced Margaret MacDiarmid as Minister of Education. Pat Bell moves from Forestry to Mines.
