Boiling water freezes mid-air in -30 weather

You thought it was cold in your city? A video showing just how frigid it is in Yellowknife has gone viral.

The video shows a woman in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories throwing boiling water into the -30 degrees air. The water freezes at such a fast rate, it appears to evaporate mid-air.

The video has received over 2,500,000 views already. And Canadians who are suffering through a cold snap have headed out doors to give the experiment a try.
