An attempt to stop a stolen snow plow during a wild police chase through Toronto’s snowy city streets ended in tragedy Wednesday when an officer was struck by the vehicle and killed.
Now the community, police force, and local politicians join together to mourn the loss of Sgt. Ryan Russell, a devoted husband, father, and officer.
