The family of Bradley Simon has launched a wrongful death suit against a Regina hockey player in a Wisconsin.
The suit names Jared Britton, as well has his co-defendant Jed McGlasson, the Log Jam Bar and Physicians Plus Insurance. Simon died after he was shoved off his bike and into a concrete wall in September. The family is seeking unspecified damages for the loss of their son, as well as medical and funeral costs. Britton is has pleaded not guilty to two charges of aggravated battery in the case.
