TORONTO – Environment Canada has issued a tornado warning for Sudbury as well as Espanola and Killarney.
People in the area should seek shelter immediately.
Environment Canada is tracking the storm about 60 km southwest of Sudbury that is showing strong rotation. The storm is moving southeast at 50km/h.
Meanwhile a tornado warning has been issued for London, Parkhill, Eastern Middlesex County in southwestern Ontario.

A tornado warning has been ended for Goderich, Bluewater, Southern Huron County, Watford, Pinery Park, Eastern Lambton County, Strathroy, Komoka, and Western Middlesex County.
Residents are advised to go indoors, to the lowest floor possible. If you do not have a basement, put as many walls between you and the outside as possible and stay away from windows.

If you are outdoors, do not go into a car. As a last resort, find the lowest spot and cover your head from any debris.
A watch is issued when conditions are favourable for severe weather. A warning is when hazardous weather is imminent or occurring.
