Prince Philip is spending his 92nd birthday Monday in a private London hospital recovering from abdominal surgery.
Queen Elizabeth’s husband is expected to undergo two weeks of treatment for an unspecified illness.
But officials say he’s “progressing satisfactorily” after the exploratory surgery.
