Ivanhoe Cambridge buys 47-storey Seattle office tower for US$390M

MONTREAL – Ivanhoe Cambridge said Monday it has bought the Wells Fargo Center, a 47-storey office tower in Seattle, for US$390 million.

The building is among downtown Seattle’s tallest buildings and has 983,600 square feet of leasable space.
