MONTREAL – Ivanhoe Cambridge said Monday it has bought the Wells Fargo Center, a 47-storey office tower in Seattle, for US$390 million.
The building is among downtown Seattle’s tallest buildings and has 983,600 square feet of leasable space.

Ivanhoe Cambridge is the real estate arm of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec.
The real estate manager has assets in more than 20 counties valued at more than $35 billion.
