The forests of Russia now feature something completely different: a massive trampoline running the length of a city block.
Called the “Fast Track,” the 170-foot-long trampoline looks uncannily like a conveyor belt stretched out among the trees – but instead of standing and being moved, people bounce to their destination.
A road alternative and an art installation, the trampoline highway was created by architects from the Estonian design firm Salto to challenge traditional ideas of infrastructure and transportation.
