KELOWNA — It’s a law that is broken every day by thousands of people in the Okanagan and across BC. Wearing a helmet while riding a bicycle in this province is mandatory, but many choose to ignore it. As Klaudia Ceglarz reports, Bike To Work Week is pointing a spotlight on these rules, and the RCMP’S enforcement, or lack of it.
