CALGARY – City officials are surveying the damage after a car crashed into northwest grocery store, Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the Safeway at Dalhousie Station around 3 p.m. after a car jumped the curb and slammed into the store, narrowly missing the front doors.

Witnesses say a young mother had to jump out of the way, and that the driver of the car seemed disoriented.
Emergency crews say a man in his early 90’s was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
