CALGARY – Police are investigating after a body was found in the lagoon at Prince’s Island Park, Wednesday morning.
A passerby discovered the body in the water around 7:12 am and called police.

Investigators say it is too early to determine the gender or age of the person.
The medical examiner has been called in to investigate.
The area will remain cordoned off as police work to determine whether or not it is a crime scene.
