US man Bobby Jack Fowler has been found responsible for the murder of a B.C. teen in 1974. He is a person of interest in 10 of the 18 other murdered and missing women’s cases from the “Highway of Tears.” He has an extensive violent history with convictions in several American states for crimes including, attempted murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, sexual assault, arson, kidnapping, attempting sexual assault and firearm offenses.
