Video posted on YouTube allegedly shows attack at Cloverdale Rodeo

There was an ugly incident during the Cloverdale Rodeo on the weekend, a woman, allegedly attacked an animal rights protester, and now police are asking for help to find the woman.

The video showing the woman was shot by the protester who then posted it on YouTube (WARNING: Strong language some may find offensive).

The unidentified woman verbally assaults the protester using racist names and then threatens to ‘blow your country up.’

The protester stands their ground and at times, antagonizes the woman more. As a friend tries to lead the woman away, she appears to spit at the protester and then physically attacks her.

The protester does not want her last name used, but says she was attacked by the woman and a man.

“I mean, that’s no reason to attack someone, no matter what somebody says you should not get physical or spit at them or anything racial like that,” said Shukria. “It’s almost like a hate crime.”

“I suffered injuries, I got punched in the cheek by the guy, so my cheekbone was really sore, my head still hurts, my neck, I got kicked in the head, punched in the head. I’m very sore. I couldn’t even get out of bed for Sunday and Monday and I couldn’t even go to the protest again.”
