TORONTO — Singer Rod Stewart says an addiction to steroids in the ’80s caused his penis to shrink.

The British rocker told Mojo magazine he used what he calls “the most horrible drugs in the world” to keep his voice in shape.

“The steroids will take down the swelling in any membrane — including your k—-b,” said Stewart, “and it’s what you do when you’re in a bit of a pinch and need to do a show and you can’t sing.”

The 68-year-old “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” singer has eight children, ranging from two to 50 years old, with four different women.

In addition to the side effects down below, Stewart said steroids caused other problems, including burning a hole in his stomach.

“I was bleeding internally and hallucinating,” he recalled.

Stewart, whose new album is entitled Time, told Mojo he continues to use steroids if he is struggling to maintain his voice.

“It gets you through the show,” he said.
