TORONTO — Canadian stars Elisha Cuthbert and Rachel McAdams are among the women adding heat to Maxim‘s Hot 100 list for 2013.
Calgary-born Cuthbert, who lives part-time in Toronto with fiance Dion Phaneuf of the Maple Leafs, ranks No. 10 on the magazine’s “definitive list of the world’s sexiest women.”
McAdams, who was born in London, Ont. but currently owns a home in Toronto, shows up in the No. 55 spot.
Other Canadians making the cut include Port Perry, Ont. native Emily VanCamp (No. 61), Stana Katic of Hamilton, Ont. (No. 60), and Toronto-raised Nina Dobrev (No. 48) and Malin Akerman (No. 41).
Canadian men apparently have good taste in women. Justin Bieber’s on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez is ranked No. 2; actor Ryan Reynolds’ wife Blake Lively sits at No. 24 (his ex-wife Scarlett Johansson is No. 15); Ryan Gosling’s girlfriend Eva Mendes is at No. 57; Corey Monteith’s girlfriend Lea Michele earned No. 39; and Hayden Christensen’s longtime girlfriend has the No. 74 spot.
No. 1 on the Maxim Hot 100 is Miley Cyrus.
Football player Manti Te’o’s “fake girlfriend” was given the No. 69 spot on the list.
