Thieves target daffodil donation boxes

Heartless thieves are at it again on the Lower Mainland this time stealing donation boxes for the Canadian Cancer Society daffodil campaign.

Fundraising daffodil boxes are placed in businesses all across the country.

But recently, dozens of the boxes have been stolen in White rock, Surrey, Delta, Maple Ridge and Chilliwack.

Now police are reviewing video surveillance footage and are looking for a suspect.

The cancer society says up to $10,000 has already been taken.
