A Lindsay man faces charges after allegedly entering a residence unlawfully on Tuesday night.
City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service say around 10:10 p.m., a resident on Duke Street heard a noise coming from the back door. Police say he discovered an unknown man in his home.

“The homeowner confronted the stranger and escorted him out of the residence,” stated Sgt. David Murtha.
Police were contacted and a suspect was located on Duke Street.
Jame Edwin Boundy, 30, of Lindsay, was arrested and charged with unlawfully in a dwelling and failure to comply with conditions of a probation order.
He was released and will appear in court in Lindsay on April 25.
