One man is dead and another is injured following a shooting in Rexdale on Sunday.
The incident happened just before 2 p.m. in the area of John Garland Boulevard and Kendleton Drive.
One victim was taken to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition, where he was later pronounced dead, Insp. Darren Alldrige told reporters at a press conference.

The second victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Homicide squad detectives have taken over the investigation as police continue to search for suspects, Allridge said.
No other information on suspects or the victims has been released at this time.
